Custom Products Return Policy
As a provider of custom-printed bakery packaging products, we want to be transparent about our return policies. For all custom-designed products (including custom cake boxes, bakery shopping bags, printed greaseproof liners, and personalized parchment paper):
- Proof Approval: All custom orders require your approval of digital proofs before production. Once you’ve approved a proof, you accept responsibility for the design specifications.
- Order Verification: We strongly recommend carefully reviewing all dimensions, colors, designs, and quantities before approving your order.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to the personalized nature of custom-printed bakery packaging, these items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Production Defects & Shipping Damage
If your order arrives with production defects or shipping damage:
- Documentation Required: Please photograph the damaged items and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
- Notification Period: Contact our customer service team within 5 business days of receiving your order.
- Resolution Options: Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:
- Replacement of the defective items
- Partial refund
- Store credit for future purchases
Standard (Non-Custom) Products
For standard, non-customized products from our catalog:
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition Requirements: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to standard product returns.

Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange standard products for different sizes or styles. Please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. Custom-printed items cannot be exchanged.

We stand behind the quality of our bakery packaging products. If you’re not completely satisfied with the quality of your standard products, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Cancellation Policy
- Standard Orders: May be canceled for a full refund if the order has not yet been processed.
- Custom Orders: May be canceled for a full refund only if production has not begun. Once production starts, cancellation fees may apply.
